We regret to inform you that our CMI services based on the Hong Kong will no longer be available as our upstream provider has decided to discontinue the service. We understand that this news may come as a disappointment and inconvenience to you, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

We have been working hard to find a solution for this service, but unfortunately, we have been unable to do so at this time. We understand your dissatisfaction and disappointment, and we sincerely apologize.

If you have purchased the annual service (monthly payment users are not affected), you have the option to choose a refund or migrate to our other products. In order to give you more time and convenience, we have extended the deadline for migration applications to April 30th. If you miss the deadline, we will process a refund according to the remaining dates by default. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to assist you.
