If you have purchased the annual service (monthly payment users are not affected), you have the option to choose a refund or migrate to our other products. In order to give you more time and convenience, we have extended the deadline for migration applications to April 30th. If you miss the deadline, we will process a refund according to the remaining dates by default. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team.
