A: Your service's IP may have been banned by the Great Firewall of China because the user installed VPN tunnel on the server. 

 

Q: May I get an IP replacement?

A: We apologize that since your actions have violated our TOS, you are currently not eligible for a free IP replacement. Our policy is clearly summarized on our webpage and you can read more about it here: https://legal.vss.im/.

However, you can request an IP replacement for a fee, it costs 5.00 CAD each time, 30 days between each replacement.

Q: May I request a refund for the service?
