Q: Why can't I connect to my IP from China any more?
A: Your service's IP may have been blocked by the Great Firewall of China due to certain network activities originating from the server. Unfortunately, such blocks are controlled by external network policies and are outside of our control.
Q: May I get an IP replacement?
A: We apologize that since your actions have violated our TOS, you are currently not eligible for a free IP replacement. Our policy is clearly summarized on our webpage and you can read more about it here: https://legal.vss.im/.
However, you can request an IP replacement for a fee, it costs 5.00 CAD each time, 30 days between each replacement.

Q: May I request a refund for the service?
A: We apologize, however due to the circumstances associated with this service and in accordance with the refund policy outlined in our Terms of Service, this service is not eligible for a refund.
